*NO PARTIES ALLOWED! This residence is located within a quiet waterfront community and quiet hours are 9:00pm-6:00am.
* Please do not remove ANY of the amenities and/or furnishings from the premises.
*Late Check Out Fee of $20/hour over 11:00am checkout time.
*UN-Authorized Pet Fee of $500/ pet
* $20/ person for any extra guests not declared in original booking. No more than a Max occupancy of 10 including any visitors at ANY time

Double booked

This rental owner double booked during Homecoming, leaving us with no accommodations. Thankfully, VRBO stepped into make things right.
