On the other side of the apartment there is sleeping area with a large bed and access the the balcony. as well as a full glass wall that opens directly onto the large private terrace — perfect for starting the day with coffee and unwinding in the sunshine.

The apartment has its own private modern bathroom with the fitted with a walk-in shower.

With its bright, airy feel and spacious outdoor area, this penthouse is perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small groups looking for comfort and style. Shops, cafés, restaurants, and public transport are just steps away, ensuring easy access to Valletta, Sliema, beaches, and the rest of the island.

Everything you need for a seamless vacation is provided, including linens, towels, washing and ironing facilities, Wi-Fi, an apartment and city guide, and complementary amenities. Additionally, the fully equipped kitchen allows for self-catering, equipped with top-quality amenities such as cooking equipment, a fitted oven, large fridge, and electric hob.

Please note, we have multiple apartments within the building across all floors, the apartments are like for like design, furnishing, and decor.

Please note that construction work is going on nearby and some units may be affected by noise.

If you need the sofa bed or baby cot to be set up, please kindly let us know in advance, so we could prepare that for you. Please kindly note that usage of sofa bed is included in the price and the baby cot fee is Eur 50 for the whole stay.

To access the apartment, you will have to climb stairs.
