I have stayed in higher star hotels in US and we don’t get the cleanliness and service and we still tipped even when the service at the US hotel was non existent. "Ok let's go through the negatives first. The hotel is dated, and it shows its age. The lobby, the hallway all remind you of the 80s. The washroom bath tub has unremovable stains. It doesn't come off but you can sure see it. Oh yeah the hotel is within walking distance from a cremation place too :) But that's where the negatives end.
