"This property is one of the most well maintained that I have every stayed in. The decor is very organic and soothing. It was very clean in my room, the shared bathroom and the common areas. My host is a very wonderful person who ensures that you have everything that you require to make your stay even more enjoyable. Park ensure that everything in the home was easily understood; from house rules that are very reasonable to marking/identifying areas that each guess could utilize. And Park definitely made sure that everyone felt right at home. I would very highly recommend this property to anyone visiting this area. I have to admit that I was a bit sceptical staying at an Air B&B, because this was the very first time that I utilized one for a stay. I have to say that I'm sold! I will definitely utilize properties like this more in the future. I would especially like to thank Park, who made my stay a very memorable experience due to attention to detail and devotion to ensure pleasant stays for all guest."

"Hotel wasn’t very clean and a little run down. Carpets in the room was stained, dirty ( haven’t been vacuumed for days/weeks), needing stretching, and really needing to be replaced. Door to the bathroom was rotting away from the bottom and the bathtub was damaged. We booked for two nights but left after one. Staff was nice for the couple of them we seen. Would not recommend until some upgrades are done. "

"We enjoyed our 6 nights stay. Nice, clean hotel in city hall. Many restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores near by. No laundry facility on site but 24 hr laundry about 10 min walk . "

"Very clean room, halls, elevators and breakfast room. Friendly staff. Good elevators. Good parking under hotel. I like to use stairs. The stairs are not clean as staff uses them as a break room and syarage area. Breakfast is healthy and adaquate but monotonous. No breakfast on Monday's. Near a nice park and lots of restaurants very near."
