"This is a basic property and perfect for having a safe and clean place to lay your head after a day of hiking in Acadia National Park. It’s set on the water (Atlantic Ocean) … no beach…. Looks like a lake because of all the little islands)…and during low tide, you’ll see people out on the ocean floor digging for clams). Staff is helpful… beds are okay…. Good hot water for showers. No microwave and bathroom vanity space is small. There were two of us sharing. Like they say…. Location matters and this property is right on the scenic road to take you to Acadia National Park. We very much enjoyed the Farmstand Coffee House for breakfast every day… 5 minutes down the road."

"The property was very clean and close to Acadia, which was convenient! The property definitely could be upgraded, but it’s still in great condition and clean! Our dogs loved it and they have an area for them to take care of their business! The gentleman at the front was very warming and offered us advice on where to go and what to do in Acadia! Highly recommended!"

"What a cool place! So beautiful and carefully thought out- just a near perfect stay! Comfortable beds with heated blankets made sleeping easy. Also enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Well done."

"The room was comfortable and it had a great view. The staff was great. The breakfast was set up in a difficult area to access with so many people. The room had no closet to hang up your clothes."

"Location is perfect to walk to all of Bar Harbor, but still slightly removed from the mayhem of downtown. Very convenient to multiple Acadia entrances. Free parking. Greatly appreciated the office being open / stocked 24/7 with coffee, apple cider, oatmeal, granola bars, yogurt and fruit - very easy to grab and go for your adventures!"

"The room smelled really fresh and had a sweet vibe. I loved the window in the bathroom, it made it feel homey. The location was great, we were able to walk everywhere."
