"The facilities were all clean and well kept. We used the swimming pool which was in wonderful condition. The room, hallways, and even the elevator were clean and attractive. It was an excellent facility and the staff were very responsive and caring. "

I was also placed in an accessible room with a roll-in shower and the shower head was very low. I had to hold the shower head in my hand to wash myself, which wasn't ideal. The toilet also wasn't secured to the floor and was jiggling when you sat on it. "

We requested a room on the opposite side of the highway side this time, and it was perfect! Much quieter, and we had a good night sleep before heading on the road home!
