"The Springs is a wonderful place! The renovations are so well done. We've stayed 3 times in 3 different rooms all were excellent but the honeymoon suite is my favorite. "Booked a king bed but when I got there they told me no cable in that room. They gave me a room with a double bed that were on top of being small were very uncomfortable plus so much dust in air conditioner my allergies were affected plus it stunk couldn’t stay had to repack and go drive around and find a clean hotel plus staff never used a mask or gloves when I went back next day because I forgot my meds in drawer He told me he already cleaned room and there was nothing in the room I walked past...

"This is a sweet property. I visited in the summer. The dining options were great. The country store is awesome. I love how the rooms are suites. They feel like small apartments. I like that they have kitchens. The bed was comfortable. The ac is loud but at least it works well and it drowns out other noises. I needed a late check out and they were very cool about it. They let me hang out at the pool and then shower at the spa because I was like of stuck there several hours after check out time....

"Came for the Lift Maintenance Seminar. The property was overall great, no major complaints. The two things that were less than ideal was a lot of the dishes were not clean, I'm guessing the previous guest put them away that way. And the hot tub water was low, we tried to fill it but the hose spigot was turned off. Other than that we had a great stay!"
