"Very old and run down property. Not updated at all. When I arrived, I was given the key to my room. Walked in and the rug had not been vacuumed, small bits of trash, etc was all over the rug. They came and vacuumed it. Parking lot dirty. Shower is so old and ridiculous. Just find another hotel. This is not a good place to stay unless you have no other option. I will say the people who run it were nice. But the property is not being maintained well and it needs major updates to be habitable. I feel bad writing this, but it is the truth. "

"I don't own a smart phone so couldn't use the wifi, & never had cell service at the cabin, so couldn't let the owner know 1) the wall clock needs a new battery (glad I brought my own alarm clock); 2) I had no idea how to turn on the bathroom exhaust fan (unless it automatically turned on with the light & was so quiet I couldn't hear it); & 3) the number on the mailbox was on the opposite from which I was approaching, the house number isn't prominent enough to see well from the road, & since there were blue numbered signs along the ditch I wasn't sure where to look. I drove around about 20 minutes before finding a neighbor to flag down & help me find the place. Other than that, I enjoyed the view & the stay. [The bed sheets are exactly like a set of mine,] The east side windows are less than 10' from shore, so it feels like you're in a boat on the lake! "

"Good setup for a group of hunters. Plenty of room. Nice full kitchen with washer and dryer. Nice location withe everything you need in town."

"WE had a wounderful stay! It was just overnight. I had my grandson's birthday party and I am from out of state. We were VERY happy with our stay. The house was very nice!!WE will stay there again. I hope will will be able to stay longer next time and enjoy the water, ect..."

"It was a great stay. Communications with Tricia were prompt & polite. Her husband Cory came over to greet & show us around the plate on the first night. The amenities were above & beyond our expectations down to the smallest details. We also saw lots of pheasants and deer from the rental. Very relaxing. "
