And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...

"My husband and I loved it! The bungalows are beautiful and clean. The staff are generous and kind. The food is delicious and can be made to your specifications. The owner is friendly and enjoys giving tours and showing Bali to customers! We are grateful we had the opportunity to stay here. We highly recommend staying here; you will love it!
