"This was our first stay at the Sundance Mountain Resort and we cannot wait to schedule our next trip. This is a very special place that celebrates the connection between nature, art, and community, and the resort clearly honors these values in every amenity and service offered. The resort is nestled at the base of Mount Timpanogos and includes its' own ski lift which we had hoped to ride on our second day, but unfortunately it was raining, so we ended up exploring other parts of the property. The resort accommodations include several cabins and mountain homes for guests as opposed to more traditional hotel arrangements that include one or two large buildings with individual rooms. The individual cabins provided a great deal of privacy; which we loved. We stayed in cabin 6 in the Mandan area next to the resort spa and our guest room was well-appointed with a fireplace, great-smelling lotions and soaps, and a small patio with two Adirondack chairs. From the patio, we could hear the flow of the river running through the property. Idyllic. Do note that the property is in the midst of a large construction project that, per hotel staff, will add at least 60 more rooms and is projected to be finished at the end of 2025. I don't believe the construction has impacted any of the services offered, but the construction fencing and large vehicles are a little unsightly. All throughout our stay, the staff demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and were service-oriented. "

"We had such a great time, the cabin was beautiful, the sound of the river therapeutic, the location fantastic. The cabin was super clean, the amenities were perfect. The host was very responsive. Terrific weekend, we’ll go back for sure!"

"This was a gorgeous property. Everything was wonderful. The only problem was the stairs to the bedroom were way too steep. It was more like a ladder. A few people fell down them. It is quite dangerous. Other than that. It was exactly as described. There is plenty there to enjoy. It is fully stocked. The beds are comfy. The hot tub is splendid. I loved the experience. I just wish i had known about the stairs. It was a bit crazy."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin! It was a perfect hub for our mountain elopement. We had quick access to trails and restaurants as well as nearby cities Provo and Orem. The cabin itself is updated with beautiful appliances and overall has a super cozy energy. The stairs gave it the signature cabin feel and work great for older children and/or people who have no mobility issues. Everything was clean and well maintained/easy to access! We loved it!"
