"Worst experience I have ever had! I drove 6 hours from Athens in the scorching heat, and when I called, an old lady picked up the phone that had NO IDEA about a reservation, nor did she allow dogs like they say they do! Being that it was the day of the reservation, Expedia couldn’t do anything, as she had to cancel it. She was clueless!
