The service was top-notch in every was especially Andreas from reception. He is a remarkable employee who is very knowledgeable and genuine...he provided my husband and me with a map and itinerary for a day trip and resturants along the way. "A lot of things seemed to have seen better days. The children pool had some slides, but the surface was made of some concrete and started to peel off. The handle when walking of to the slides was broken and someone could easily die if they truly held on to it. The pool area in general needs some refurbishment. "
