"It is a pleasure to stay in OMO Kansai Hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. I transferred my luggages to hotel at Tokyo airport and picked it up in OMO without any issue. OMO room is so clean and bed is just right and comfortable. We stayed at 19th floor and the view from the room is amazing. Highly recommand hotel to stay."

"It was fantastic, I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and it has a lovely location to the airport and if you take a train ride you can get to Osaka city. I love that it’s also connected to Rinku town outlets. The staff are always kind and the beds and rooms are great and bigger than some hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. I would highly recommend it. The breakfast buffet is also worth it to me. "

"My 80+ father-in-law was not able to stand into the bath tub to have shower. After discussing with the hotel staffs, immediately they change him to another room with old-folk friendly facilities but the room was much more bigger than the first one without additional charges. Eventually, my father-in-law enjoyed his stay very much. Arigato gozaimashita to all the staffs in The Premium Hotel in Rinku."

"Henn na hotel offers a novelty welcome by a couple of dınosauts at reception . Other than that the hotel is not quirky but very ordinary . It offers clean , onfortable accommodation one stop away from the airport by Osaka Bay . The buildings are lost in a jungle of concrete and ongoing construction in the next plot but not in any way disturbing . The hotel is five mi utes from Rinku Town JR rail station . Breakfast is Japanese style - plentiful and varied . The fesuurant offers lunch and dinner - good value for money . The hotel is adjacent to a natural mineral thermal bath free for use to hotel guests . Excellent - with indoor and outdoor spacious pools . Great value for money close to Kansai airport for arrivals and departures . "
