No flexibility for early arrival - staff only present for breakfast and small check in window- out of hours felt very alone - Entrance from street locked no phone number to call a person and odd online check in - awkward..not recommended for anyone traveling solo. Clean room and nice breakfast within walking distance of the city, more air b&b than hotel.

Das Zimmer war super. Geräumig , gute Betten Tee und Kaffe zum eigenen Herstellen. Die Angestellten des Hotels sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Frühstück vielseitig und lecker. Gut organisiertes Hotel im Zentrum von Hannover. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Angenehm. Das Zimmer völlig in Ordnung. Ruhig.Das Frühstück wirklich gut. Allerdings ist die Beleuchtung im Bad nicht ausreichend. Und es fehlt ein Ganzkörper-Spiegel. Kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden.

skulle kun overnatte én nat på gennemrejse, og værelset var allerede betalt på forhånd. Alligevel oplevede vi en utrolig dårlig service. Vi kunne ikke få adgang til Meldeschein via QR-koden og ringede derfor til hotellet for hjælp sent om aftenen. Personalet i telefonen var nedladende, ubehøvlet og fik os til at føle os som idioter. En medarbejder lagde simpelthen røret på, og en anden oplyste kun dørkoden –vi måtte selv ‘gætte’, hvilken nøgleboks der hørte til vores værelse Først efter tredje opkald, hvor min mand talte med en mere serviceminded person, fik vi værelsesnummeret. Dejligt hotel med lækker morgenmad og sød betjening om morgenen

Das Frühstück ist richtig super, Zimmer sehr sauber, freundliche Einrichtung, das Bett sehr bequem. Lediglich das Bad ist etwas eng, war aber für mich völlig ok. Bei 38 Grad hab ich mich am meisten über die Flasche Wasser im Zimmer und die Klimaanlage gefreut.

Kleines, aber feines und sehr sauberes Hotel in guter Lage (Restaurants und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe). Dennoch ruhig und die Zimmer sind ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und richtig lecker. Das Personal ist freundlich. Gerne wieder!

Das Zimmer war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, aber für eine Nacht ok. Die Lage ist praktisch. Das Frühstück war lecker mit einer sehr guten Auswahl. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut, trotzdem würde ich beim nächsten Besuch in Hannover ein anderes Hotel wählen.
