Renovierungsbedürftig

Die Zimmer sind in einem unangemessenem Zustand, die Möbel wirken so als wären sie noch aus den 80er Jahren. Die Ecken der Möbel sind angeschlagen, der Teppich wirkt schmutzig, zudem ewige Wartezeiten vor dem Lift. Man spürt, das Personal bemüht sich redlich hier eine gute Miene zu machen.

B-Plan... place has seen better days...

Was not my first choice, but last minute and rooms sold out in hotels near Train station. Still within pleasant short stroll to train station. First room I was assigned...already had someone in it!! Second room in dire need of renovation, rug worn down to cord... outdated tv and upholstery...springy bed. Doors need to be slammed to close. But if only to shower and sleep, nice fall back plan.

Die Zimmer sind stark renovierungsbedürftig!!! Die Bettwäsche waren zwar sauber, es hängt aber Dreck an den Tapeten über dem Bett. Durch die Fenster zieht es stark.

古いホテルですが、目の前が観光名所の市役所で、市役所のライトアップがすてきでした。 地下鉄の駅から徒歩5分程度、ハノーファー駅も徒歩10分程度、スーパーマーケットや食事場所は近所にあり便利でした。 総合評価を一つマイナスにしたのは、2人で1部屋ずつとったのですが、1人だけ部屋がアップグレードしたことです。私の部屋も十分広かったのですが、電気ポットとコーヒーカップがない部屋だったのが残念でした。 けれど、次回も訪れるときはこのホテルに宿泊したいです。どうもありがとうございました。

絶好の場所に位置するホテル

おおむね大変よかったです。有名な市庁舎の前のホテルで教会にも近く、鐘の音で癒されました。中心街やレストランも近くにあって気軽に夜もでかけれられました。建物は古いけどそれも趣きです。町にマッチしています。 エアコンではなく、デロンギのような感じで穏やかな暖房でした。 ただ、連泊しましたが、カードキーが2日目で1回で使用できなくて、3日目には、はじめから確認してくださいといって確認してもらいました。それなのに部屋に入れず、再度見てもらっても入れず、都合3回フロントと部屋を行き来しました。もちろん日本のように断りは一切無しでした。それががっかりしたことです。 それとハノーファはどこもトイレの便座が温かくなかったです。温かいとよいなあと思いましたが、日本のようにはいかないですね。

Tired hotel, good staff

The Maritim Grand Hotel is one of those concrete bunkers they loved in the 1970s. The hotel has not been renovated for a long time but I understood it has been sold. Still, the single room was fine, the bed good, everything was there. Wifi is a bit slow. The view was spectacular (the City's Town Hall) even when the chimes (every quarter hour, day and night) can get on your nerves, there is no double glass. The breakfast is all it needs to be, a lot of (healthy) choices and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The receptions rooms and the bar are also good, very nice staff, and the prices of the drinks are low. A pity the bar was closed on Sunday evening. The (bath)room was clean and basic. As I said, the hotel is old and will probably get another function but it still operates well. I spent a pleasant time there and really got value for money.

Good hotel.

Good hotel, the only thing I could say is that it could do with a little updateing, the TV system and the balcony windows as they don't block out the noise of the bells very well if you are in a room opposite the Rathaus. Would stay here again, great location, staff very friendly, breakfast was good (a tad pricey though), wifi not the best.

Sauber aber verwohnt

Das Hotel ist schon von außen nicht der Hingucker. Aber das Superior- Doppelzimmer war total verwohnt. Macken und Wasserflecken an den Möbeln sowie Flecken auf auf den Sesseln. Allerdings war das Zimmer auch gut gelegen, denn man hatte direkten Blick auf das Rathaus. Das Badezimmer war luxoriös und sauber. Das Zimmer selber war bis auf die Wasserflecken auch sehr sauer. Sogar unterm Bett war kein Staubkorn zu erkennen.

Prisvärt och trevligt

Eftersom vi var 2 vuxna och 2 barn fick vi 2 rum med en genomgång vilket var bra. Personalen var väldigt trevliga och tillmötesgående. Rummen var rena men slitna och man stördes av klockor som ringde på Rådhus och Kyrkor. Ingen AC. Väldigt dyr frukost. Bra parkering under hotellet(ingår ej). Nära centrum och shopping.

Super. Heel net hotel op loopafstand van veel. Alles heel schoon en vriendelijk. Alleen € 22,50 voor een ontbijt is extreem duur, met om de hoek een winkel waar je voor € 6,- een ontbijt hebt.

Beliggende lige overfor det gamle rådhus...lyder hyggeligt, men deres klokketårn virker desværre glimrende endnu. Hvert kvarter giver det lyd fra sig. Ét slag for hvert kvarter, og så lige et slag for hver time. Og det har 24-timers værk..Jeg sov bogstaveligt talt ikke den nat. Nå, bortset fra det. Vi var 4 mand afsted. Vi fik 2 store sammenhængende værelser for godt DKK 500,- Noget af det bedste value for money jeg har oplevet. Tæt på centrum, og gang i gågade miljøet.

Central beliggenhed og fint hotel

God modtagelse og central beliggenhed i gå afstand til hovedgaden op mød banegården og deres anbefalet sightseeing gå rute. Vi var heldige at få et værelse m balkon og udsigt til retsbygningen vores børn fik værelset ved siden af uden balkon. Der var dør mellem de to værelser. Hotellets værelse er pænt og rent dog lidt slidt på gulvtæppet. Der var kaffe/te på værelset. Parkering var lidt dyr
