Perfect nice hotel

Hannover es realmente una ciudad interesante aunque poco turística el casco viejo es muy bonito y es una gran plaza peatonal. No dejes de visitar los jardines del Rey

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Conviently near a U-Bahn station. Room was clean and ordely. The only issue was it wasnt in a very nice area and I frequently had to deal with homeless asking for money every time I left the hotel door.

Trotz Nichtraucher Angabe hat unser Zimmer intensiv nach Rauch gerochen. Das Problem wurde erst nach mehrfachen drängen meinerseits ernst genommen. Ein Umbuchen in ein anderes Zimmer war nicht möglich. Schlussendlich wurde dem Geruchsproblem mit einer Ionisationsgerät und starkem Zimmerparfum entgegen gewirkt. Völlig verschwunden ist der Geruch nicht. Im Zimmer hatten wir durch den Umstand das der Aluminiumschacht sichtbar im Zimmer war, auch hin und wieder Geräuschbelästigung durch, klackern oder klopfen. Das Ganze in der höchsten Zimmerkategorie die hier zu buchen möglich ist. Das Frühstück war ähnlich: - Das Rührei war fast weiß so sehr wurde es mit Sahne gestreckt. - Der Rucola und die Avocado waren braun statt grün. - Die Kuchen - Ecke wurde 1 Stunde vor Ende der Frühstückszeit nicht mehr aufgefüllt - die Warmen Speisen wurde in Topfen aufbewahrt ohne zusätzliche Wärmequelle unter dem Topf, ergo waren die wenig gefragten Sachen kalt. Gut geschmeckt hat der griechische Jogurt und das Spiegelei. Für ein 4 Sterne superior Hotel aus meiner Sicht viel zu schwach

Cool hotel uncool modtagelse

Hotellet var checket og lækkert. Morgenmaden omfattende og super dejlig. Receptionisten vi blev modtaget af var ugidelig og ikke serviceminded. Vi skulle selv hive alle oplysninger om hotellets service ud af hende ift parkering opbevaring af cykler, morgenmad osv. Hun virkede træt

Great hotel

Thank you so much for a great stay! We arrived late in the evening after driving all day, and was met in the reception by a very nice staff. I had emailed beforehand to inform that we were bringing our dog. Tobit, that I emailed with, came to say hello even though he was off work when we came. (He even spoke Norwegian and had been to our home town once - a funny coincidence). The hotel is very nice and clean, the room was spacious. We had a great night.
