room was super clean. staff super helpful. breakfast was very nice. we did hope for a better hottub experience - it was very cool and had broken buttons, etc. Great view and top deck but Hanoi is such a hazy city that the view is rather smokey - but the hotel's view is about as amazing as you can have.
Don't be confused tho - there is more than one Peridot. Don't go to the wrong one.

This is a small hotel of only 13 rooms. Our hotel room though a superior room was old and tired. The hotel though is well located for old town Hanoi. Breakfast was in a different hotel around the corner but had a good choice of food. The staff, particularly Ms Angela (whose English is impeccable), were great.

The nicest staff I've ever met at any hotel anywhere. Hotel is in an ideal location. Quiet. Clean. Stylish. Great breakfast and coffee. A really ideal hotel and I would very very highly recommend it.
