We had a wonderful stay at Anatole Hotel. The location is fantastic, and the views from the rooms are absolutely beautiful. Waking up to that view every morning was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. But what really made our experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, attentive and genuinely helpful. They always made us feel comfortable and well looked after, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Their kindness and hospitality really stood out and made our stay feel much more personal. We also really enjoyed the spa. It was a lovely, relaxing experience, and the massage was excellent, definitely something we would recommend during your stay. Beautiful views, a great location, a wonderful spa, and most importantly, an amazing team of people. We would happily stay at Anatoli Hotel again and would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

The hotel is amazing. The service was incredible even before you stepped through the door. Luggage taken care of, speedy check in, welcome drink and snacks. Phem was great in communicating before we got to Hanoi and was awesome in getting some tours and reservations for us. The hotel staff from the doormen, front desk, breakfast, and the entire staff made the trip special. This is the first of two stays. We will be back after our overnight cruise to Ha Long bay.

This hotel is located near Lake Hoan Kiem, it’s very convenient to access. My room was large enough and clean, faced on the street. So, weekends were loud until late but convenience store is across the street. Breakfast was also good. Staff served tea or coffee, there are many kinds of food. At night I went to the bar on the 10th floor. The view from the top was beautiful. Every staff was kind and helpful to me. I would like to stay here again if I have chance to come to Hanoi.
