I had an absolutely amazing time staying here. The staff were attentive, kind and welcoming. I especially want to say that Kim was an amazing host who took the time to answer my questions and suggest many beautiful places to visit. She made my stay even better! The hotel’s location is very convenient and a one minute walk from the beach. The next time I stay in HANOI I will stay at this apartment for sure. Thank you so much for your hospitality ❤️

We had the absolute best time at this apartment. The staff was super welcoming and helpful with our many questions. They went above and beyond to make sure our room was set, laundry done in a timely manner and our breakfast needs were met. It’s also a great location being a 30 minutes walk to the old town. They set our airport transfer professionally. The suite apartment on the top floor is beautiful and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this apartment. Upon arrival, I found the bedsheets to be visibly dirty, with actual dirt stuck to them. The bathroom was in poor condition, with mold and a hole in the ceiling, and the entire apartment had a pervasive moldy smell. I originally booked fully paid a four-night stay but felt compelled to leave after the first night due to these unacceptable conditions. Unfortunately, the owner refused to issue a refund, adding to the frustration. I cannot recommend this property to others.

My flight was delayed and I arrived at Cara Rustic Apartment at 4:30 am to find the front gate shut with a bike lock. No one responded when I rang the bell. I was left outside by myself in cold weather. I ended up finding a different hotel with an open room and staying there instead. Cara Rustic Apartment never apologized to me or responded to me in any way. They ignored my request for a refund. Orbitz has also failed to help me get a refund either, so I guess I'm just out several hundred dollars? Easily the single worst hotel experience I've ever had.

숙소가 골목에 있어서 찾기가 너무 힘들다. 아파트지만 관리인도 상주하지 않고, 전화도 받지 않는다. 예약한 방보다 더 낮은 방 배정해줫지만, 방이 저렴하니까 클레임하지 않았다. 하지만, 내가 여행중에 마사지를 받을때 호텔관리자는 20분동안 12번이나 전화를 해서, 방을 잘못배정햇으니, 호텔키를 다시 가져다 달라고 요청했다. 나는 연말에 사람이 많은 하노이 시내를 2시간이나 걸려서 돌아갔다. 나는 이 호텔의 컨디션이 나쁜건 저렴한 가격으로 감안할수 있으나, 여행을 망쳤다. 나는 새해의 세레모니를 보고 호텔에서 잠을 자지 않고 새벽에 다른호텔로 옮겼다. 방안에서 누군가 담배를 핀흔적도 있고 호텔청소인은 뻔히 보이는 담배도 치우지 않았다. 최악이다. 바닥은 다 갈라지고 나무가 썩어있다. 바퀴벌레가 나올것만같은 환경이었다.
