I was genuinely impressed by both its service and facilities. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and offered a stunning view of the city. What truly stood out, Moreover, there are many places nearby, which featured a wide variety of both local and international dishes, all freshly prepared. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience—I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi
