The staff here are amazing, and the location is perfect. Cocktail prices are on the high side, but are of a much higher quality than other places we'd been to - the view from the pool and bar/restaurant is incredible.

The staff was so polite, friendly, and professional that I am already planning to go back. The breakfast was superb and so was the food and drinks at the restaurant. My room was comfortable, clean and the decoration was wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Trust me. Your experience will be DIVINE as well!

Fabulous central location right in the heart of the old quarter. the hotel foyer looks like a 5 star hotel! The staff were simply amazing. Special thanks to Gem at reception and Mr Cuong who answered all our questions and nothing was ever too much trouble. The rooms were of an average 4 star hotel. Great pool, gym and floor top bar/ restaurant. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a great 4 star hotel.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel. Vivian, Tim, and Mai were very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet were excellent with a variety of options. Bed was clean and comfortable. Room had a good size considering being in the old quarter. We felt welcomed by the staff from the moment we walked in the hotel. Highly recommended!

The staff members (receptionists, doormen, bellmen, kitchen crew) were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Breakfast selection was good.
