Lovely stay in Hanoi at this charming hotel with such friendly and super helpful staff. First night was a v.noisy due to some loud guests but Jasmine kindly moved me to a different room as well as recommending and booking tours! The location is excellent - I was able to walk to all the attractions that I wanted to visit and there are lots of great coffee shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. All of the staff on reception were extremely friendly and helpful and spoke excellent english. I thought it was good value for money and would definitely stay again if I visit Hanoi in the future.

If you looking for a hotel that is reasonable and convenient, this is the place to be. It is in the heart of the old quarter where everything is pretty much walking distance. The service here is top notch especially with the help of Jasmine and Minh. If you are a foodie or if you need help with booking a tour the staff here will make everything simple since they can speak multiple languages which is a plus. I highly recommended this hotel and also would like to thank the staff here for making my trip memorable.

Not what expected after seeing pictures. Very small dated hotel, the bathrooms had mold, not many amenities. No hair conditioner. The elevator goes to 4th floor. But rooms go up to 5th. Have to Cary bags for one floor. Some staff are very nice and friendly, others (like the overnight staff, are there just because). Breakfast is horrible. Great location. The size of the rooms is good. But def not what it looks like on pictures

I stayed at the Golden Art Hotel for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The hotel is very conveniently located with loads of restaurants, spas, shopping and sites. There's even a convenience store across the street. My room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Jasmine and Lily were so nice and offered exceptional service. I'd happily stay here again if I return to Hanoi.
