Location was good - a convenience mart was just outside the hotel. Staff were friendly , especially their manager Jasmine. Jasmine provided us with excellent service - taking care of our days trips, transportation and recommendating places to eat or visit. She ensured that our stay was pleasant and memorable in Hanoi.

Lovely stay in Hanoi at this charming hotel with such friendly and super helpful staff. First night was a v.noisy due to some loud guests but Jasmine kindly moved me to a different room as well as recommending and booking tours!
