Superb location within the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Very clean, very spacious and good beddings. Staff were super friendly and offered to pack an early morning breakfast box for my morning tour!

Great location, in the old quarter, just in the middle of everything. You can get by walk to all main places in Hanoi or even to take a public bus near by to get to the French Quarter in just 15 minutes. Great service and breakfast, including eggs fresh made. It also count with laundry service really affordable and fast (in just one day).

My friend needed to visit a doctor during the trip and the receptionist told us a clinic where there is no doctor. The spa and facial are quite good. The location is quite good as it is not far away from the tourist spots.

The employees at the property are so nice and accommodating. I think this is the reason the property has good customers ratings. However, this is not a 4 star hotel. It is rundown and more like a basic older motel. However, it is in an excellent location so if you want service and good location, this place is for you. If you want an upper scale hotel with a nice room and good shower, this place is not for you.

Small and dark dark room

The location was perfect, it was walking distance from the centre. Rooms are not like pictures on the website. It is small and very dark inside. Lots of dust in under the bed. No lift to the 7th floor or no interconnecting rooms. Breakfast area is very small.

Small, dark room. Noise from the lobby and other floors carried up the stairwell, which interrupted sleep. A mistake was made with our booking and we had to change rooms for a two-night stay, which was inconvenient and seems like something hotel management would want to avoid. At the very least, a room rate discount would have been better appreciated than a discount at the hotel spa. Sometimes we were ignored by staff when we entered the hotel lobby instead of being greeted when staff were just sitting around the lobby. Breakfast was good, but staff was indifferent and seemed put upon if you ordered eggs. We stayed in this hotel five years ago and found it satisfactory then, but after this visit, I wouldn’t stay again.

The staff are absolutely incredibly kind, helpful, supportive, and welcoming. They have excellent English and hospitality skills and treat you like family. The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location. We loved it there!!!

Honnestly great stay. Spent over two weeks here, staff was always friendly and nice, was able to have services such as breakfast, regularly cleaning the room and even laundry. View was great from the 6th floor with tons of space, Overall a great experience and location in the old quarter is about a 15 minute walk from the "downtown" of Hanoi making the price very reasonable

The hotel is stylishly decorated and has all the amenities we wanted. The real value for us, however, was the staff at the front desk. They were kind and thoughtfully recommended excellent hidden cafes/street vendors. Highly recommend staying at this hotel so you have access to these helpful people!

The rooms are large and very clean. Breakfast included but not that good. We had booked for 3 nights and needed an additional 2 nights. We checked outto go on an overnight cruise which they booked for us and when we came back the next day they told us someone needed to stay in the room we were supposed to ha ve and they are fully booked. We had to find a hotel during a weekend high season.

Terribile hotel!!! I have had a Very bad experience with this hotel, which I have never had before!!! All walls, celling, door and window faces to corridor are very thin structures and pass through all noises of hotel!! I could not sleep until 02:00!!! Hotel reception lady is very unfriendly and doesn’t say even hello when I pass her. Bathroom has very bad smell of sewage. Breakfast is poor. Everything is worst and further it is not cheap!!! It is better to choose another hotels because there are lots lots of hotels much better than this hotel!!!!!

There are so many hotels in hanoi tbh. to me a walking distance to old quarters and decent food in very close to proximity of the hotel was the main driver of selecting this hotel. However, this hotel nearly surpassed all my expectations for a local hotel in vietnam for the money I paid. Pros- Staff rating: Staff speaks great English Staff was honest Staff was courteous, always greeted me with a smile. Staff opened the entrance door when I walk in and left the building. These little details made a big impact for me. Staff was well trained Well staffed- In peak hours there are like 5 people there ready to check you in. Room: The room was clean, Bed: sheets pillows were clean. They provided toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, shower cap, qtips, a razer to shave WITH shaving cream and much more. The room had two safes. Included: buffet breakfast Cons- this was solely my experience and just my room. 1. The bathroom had this odor and I think it's coming from deep in the sewer. The bathroom itself was clean. 2. Breakfast - I know it's free but some of the dishes were unappetizing and selections were limited in my opinion. Like every morning they had this cold cuts and salad and nobody touched it. Noodles on the warmer was usually always soggy. Tbh the local meals are so cheap like 30-60k or 1-2 dollars a meal and this wasn't a deal breaker for me. With all that, the money I paid to what I received felt like a great deal and want to appreciate Rich at this facility
