This Hotel was the gem back in 1993 when I used to entertain my business guest in the night club. Though property is getting old, it still was a very pleasant stay for my wife and I. Staff was friendly and helpful.

During the day, construction work on the emergency stairs was noisy, making it difficult to stay at the hotel. The air conditioner did not heat up. It was freezing cold.

The menu in the room minibar is different from what is in it. Some items are not what is on the menu. I told the front desk that I would be in trouble if I was charged for unused items, but they said they knew about it and did nothing.

Staff English skills are so poor that communication is not possible. The hotel as a whole is a good hotel, but the room I stayed in was noticeably old, with the wallpaper stained and partially peeling, and even the toilet seat in the bathroom was peeling in color. The shower curtain also smelled bad and was not very pleasant. There is nothing to see around the hotel, and it is not fun to take a walk. The hotel calls it a lake, but the adjoining lake is a pond that looks like a dirty pool of water, like a ditch. However, this is Vietnam, so if you expect something too beautiful, you will be disappointed. This is the reality of Vietnam.
