Loved this place - hotel was lovely, room fit the three of us nicely, the spa services were great, the staff was fantastic, especially the woman who was basically our personal concierge Thanh Hằng! It’s my 4th time staying at La Siesta Ma May. I keep coming back because of the great service of the staff here. Everyone is friendly and attentive. Hang and Dac are the best front desk agents. This hotel is like my other home. Food from the breakfast buffet and from Red Bean restaurant is also very good. La Siesta Ma May is just a great place to stay for my trips to Hanoi.

Great location great service

Fantastic 2 day stay in La Siesta. The hotel is in a great location in the heart of the Old Quater. But what really made this hotel special is the service. Every staff member is so helpful and kind and always has a smile on their face. As we were there over the Lunar new year holidays we did not get the opportunity to use the gym or spa. I would highly recommend this hotel.
