The location is so central that it walkable to many ,many great restaurants, and attractions. The people were all so great specially Quan and Anh. They helped us navigate the city, and arranged tours and transport for us. My family had a wonderful time in Hanoi. We have highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was a welcome break from the busy, hustling streets of the old quarters. We walked in and our bags were quickly whisked in by the doormen while the reception lead, Viet, greeted us, while offering us some wonderful, cold tea and snacks while we waited. Our experience there was fantastic, from each person we met who worked there, to the offer of a free upgraded room due to availability, to the nice pool we used on the top floor, and the breakfast stand below. I highly recommend the Solis hotel!

I had a very pleasant stay at Hanoi Solis Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Liz. She was always kind, attentive, and professional, and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. Her warm and thoughtful service made a very good impression on me. I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was great — the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. The only small downside was that there wasn’t a proper mirror in the room, which would have been very convenient, especially when getting ready. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Central location of all activities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has varieties of food, Vietnamese traditional and western choices. Rooftop bar was a super place to watch fireworks during holidays. In short, no regrets to stay there for our Hanoi visit trip. Thank you the whole hotel team. Keep up the excellent work.

It was in the heart of the old quarter so location was excellent. So many restaurants just outside the front door...highly recommend Met Restaurant. I didn't expect such an amazing experience....welcome drink and cold cloth on arrival. Not to mention a sweet treat in our room and a fruit basket! Also got a small parting gift when checking out...whaaat! So wish I could have stayed longer as I didn't get time to use the pool. The bar was great. Such an amazing view and the next hotel had a live band on the rooftop we got to enjoy . I would definitely return.
