Entry & Exit

The doorman rush out to help with the luggage as soon as the taxi arrived at the hotel. The front desk man came and knock at my room door at 6.30 am as arranged to collect my luggage. Just happy with enthusiastic welcome and sent off.

Value for money

The location is great. The staffs are friendly. Not much spread for breakfast. The room is quite kingly, it is big but cleanliness wise.. got molds in the toilet. The towel got a big hole in it which we called in and they changed it quickly. Although shampoo and bath gel are not refilled daily which by the way the container is really small.. in short toiletries are not maintained.. But it is value for money if you are not fuzzy..

Most terrible hotel I have ever stayed. Firstly, the toilet is totally different from the one shown in the pictures. Asked the receptionist about the reason for the difference and was being told that the picture online is the renovated toilet and for the room that we got, is unfortunately not the one with the newly renovated toilet. And they are fully booked so we cannot change our rooms. On the last night of our stay, the hotel experienced a water supply interruption. Initially we were being told the downtime was 20 minutes, but we waited for 2 hours, and still no water! (our room is on the upper storey and water was only resumed on lower storeys). Only when we called to check then they suggested giving us a spare room on the lower level to shower, but by then it was already 1am. Although the staffs are nice, but the hotel facilities are really quite run down and bad. Will not recommend this hotel at all.

二度と利用しない

14時のチェックイン時に部屋が準備できておらず、30分待てと言われチェックインできませんでした。予約したBasic Double Room With Small Bathroom and Lake Viewは8階。部屋は広いが、シャワーは狭いトイレに付いているだけです。 エレベーターは6階までです。hotels.comの表示と異なり冷蔵庫が無かったため、他の部屋から運ばせました。2日目の夕刻に観光から帰ったところエレベータが故障、低層階の部屋に変えてもらいました。結局エレベータは翌朝も復旧していませんでした。冷蔵庫の件、部屋変更の件、いずれも、「マネージャーを呼んでください」とまで言って、ようやく対応してもらいました。散々な3日でした。2度と利用しません。

Good for the price

We had the room in the top of the building with view to the lake. We had the chance to change the room as the bathroom was super tiny. But we liked the cozyness. Very friendly staff, good price-quality-balance. Breakfast is not worth to take.

場所がよく、スタッフがフレンドリー、朝食のメニューが豊富で感じはよかったが、泊まった部屋が使用人部屋よりさらに上階の部屋でびっくり、夜部屋の外で音楽や電話で話している声がうるさい、トイレとシャワールームがとつも狭くつかいにくい、部屋に入る階段が狭くて危ないひどい部屋で残念。

Cleanliness is not good

Staffs were very friendly. However, the condition of the hotel needs improving. The blanket and pillow had a quite bad smell. It smells like sweat of someone for a long time but not washed properly. The room had a large make-up table but mirror was located to the wrong side. The chair had no back to work and so on. I could not remember all. The location is OK.
