I booked this hotel only to be contacted by the hotel a few hours before the check in and told there was a “scheduled power outage” and they wanted to offer me a room at a different property 5km away and nowhere near the Old Quarter. I refused the offer of the alternate accommodation and was told by the hotel that they wouid cancel my reservation so I could receive a refund. Here it is a few days later and the hotel is not cooperating or communicating with Hotels.com and still no refund. Avoid this property as it seems to be a fake property or scam!

I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this hotel, particularly due to the quality of the bedroom, its convenient location, and the professionalism of the staff. The room was well-appointed, impeccably clean, and exceptionally comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. The hotel is ideally situated within easy reach of major attractions and local amenities, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. Most notably, the staff was attentive, courteous, and always willing to assist, which greatly enhanced the overall experience.
