Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The money spent for value at this property is unbelievable. Our room was extremely spacious and accommodated all our needs. Hotel is centrally located, staff were incredibly attentive and helpful at all times. Breakfast was varied and delicious. All in all a great place to stay. The only aspect of our stay that wasn’t ideal was street noise. Hanoi is a very hectic city that doesn’t stop. Horns, loud music etc could be heard from our room. We solved this by playing white noise on our phone. All in all, I would certainly return and will recommend to family and friends
