Staff were exceptional here. Everyone was incredibly helpful however Laura in particular was so attentive and thoughtful. She checked in on us daily and was always prepared with recommendations during our stay. Room and amenities were great too - highly recommend Meritel Hanoi. We will definitely be back :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Meritel. Location couldn’t have been better. The entire team at the property is very attentive and helpful with local recommendations. We ate at the restaurant once and the food was delicious. We also had spa treatments done and were very pleased. I highly recommend considering when in Hanoi.

Absolutely wonderful. I stayed twice, on the beginning of my trip and when I returned to fly back to the US.
