We had the most wonderful stay here and were fortunate enough to get a free upgrade to an executive suite. The location is perfect and in a less busy area, close enough to the old quarter (10 minutes walk) and the famous train street. The room was lovely - clean and well maintained. All staff were warm and welcoming, always happy to help. This hotel is definitely worthy of 5 stars. I would highly recommend everyone visiting Hanoi to stay here. Thank you REY Hotel!

A nice hotel near the old quarter, however, theres not much nearby but around that area everything is relatively walkable. Room was good value for money, clean, nice size and quiet and the staff were polite and helpful. Traffic can get busy around that area due to the small one way traffic roads.

REY hotel was very comfortable for our 5 day stay in Hanoi. The hotel is walkable to all the best eating spots in the Old quarter and the hustle and bustle of the Vietnam streets. The hotel itself is also very modern and clean. Bao Linh -GSA was also very helpful in recommending a delicious traditional Vietnamese restaurant and providing assistance throughout our stay.

Location is excellent. Very walkable and convenient. Rey Suite with city view was roomy and comfortable, surprisingly void of street noise at night. Areas for improvement: music from hallways always audible from room, in room safe not attached to anything, weeklong stay and housekeeping never vacuumed our floor, laundry service was sloppy (clothing damp and very wrinkled, including dry cleaning)

If not for the billing mistakes and claims for minibar (which were resolved) it would have been perfect. Don't tell the guest that the water and soft drink is complimentary in a suite when your staff then claims payment for this.
