A very convenient hotel in the Cau Giay area and not far if your Hanoi destinations in Old Quarter or West Lake. The staff (especially Nguyen Thi Linh) were excellent and their English made my stay my stay smooth. Very helpful with transportation assistance as well. The breakfast was very good with a variety from Chicken Pho, omelets, continental breakfast, etc. So definitely no worries there to start your day off well. Again, I would stress the hotel staff were friend and helpful from the Front Desk, Dining, Room Cleaning.

ハノイ中心街からはすこしはなれているが、比較的静かでバスなどで移動する人は目の前にバス停があるので、便利だと思います。朝食も充実してる方です。

Very good.

Very attentive bell hop. He was awesome. He was the most professional and all about the service. I was so pleased to have his service. I do not have his name. The room was nice, breakfast good, and friendly staff.

入口が、少しわかりにくい点は、ありますが、入口については、問題ありません、 フロントの、対応も。、解りやすく、丁寧で、ＧＯＯＤでした。 部屋に、ついては、シャワーが物足りなく、全体に、もう少し広く必要と感じました。 欲を言うと、ふろおけがあると非常にいい感じでした。 それ以外はＧＯＯＤでした。
