Our stay at splendid hotel was a fantastic experience. The staff were very attentive and enthusiastic and were more than happy to help us out with their local knowledge so we could avoid the tourist traps and eat like locals. Highly recommend.

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Flora was able to book our transportation to Ha Long Bay for a great price. The property is well situated with everything within walking distance. Only negative was that our sink in our bathroom was leaky. And the bathroom amenities are much to be desired. But with that, all was great!
