Definitely coming back here!

Amazing place to stay. Within walking distance to the old town, a lot of food and shopping street nearby. The two bedroom arrangement was perfect for my family of 6. The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. Most of all, this place is value for money

Su Casa is a great apartment properry in Hanoi. It has a great location, very attentive staff, clean, spacious rooms, fast WiFI, and a nice roofdeck lounging area. Our 2 BR 3rd floor aprtment had a wonderful floor to ceiling wondow overlooking the Old Quarter and a great kitchen area for making small meals.We had a minor issues with checkinf in but Su Casa has a a "hot line" that easily solved our problem. We shy away from staying at larhe cjaom jotels when we travel and prefer local properties that feel like part of the neighborhood. Su Casa fit the bill perfectly. We highly recommend.

The apartment is well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including a functional kitchenette for easy self-catering. Even though I arrived late for check-in, the self-check-in instructions were easy to follow and made the whole process seamless. Definitely will return

We had a great stay! Hosts were always helpful and responsive, multiple times responding very promptly to our requests. The room is bright and airy with lots of windows and natural light just like the photos. Everything is very clean. We loved sitting and watching the activity on the street below. The internet is very fast. The free washing machine and dryers were a plus. You do have to furnish your own detergent. The apartment is near many restaurants and the Tong Duy Tan food street. A Circle K is just around the corner, a fresh croissant bakery and a banh mi shop are right across the street as well as 5 or 6 coffee cafes within a few meters of our door. Old town is close. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolut reibungsloser Check-In, professionell geführt und sehr sauber. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit zwei Schlafzimmern und damit mehr als genug Platz als Familie zu viert. Lage top, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen, wenn ich nochmal in Hanoi bin.
