It was a trip with my family. We chose accommodation with three rooms, allowing each child to have their own space. The house was well-maintained overall. It was the perfect place to relax while visiting Hanoi. Across the street, there was a Korean town, making it easy to access massages and Korean restaurants. However, the distance from the Old Town made city accessibility a bit inconvenient, leading to higher Grab costs. Despite this, I highly recommend this accommodation.

Had an amazing stay, the host was very helpful and response was always fast and easy! Even upgraded our room to a two bed room! Basically attached to a mall with a movie theater! Also has a mini mart down stairs right next to the entrance for snacks or supplies for your stay. Definitely recommend!

My first impression was the great looking of the property. I felt safe with the way of accessing the place. The service was fantastic, we had everything we need while staying there. Btw, my wife loved how clean the towels are and their pleasant scent. We got our questions answered quickly and it is very helpful to us. We recommend it. I traveled alone, and I was surprised at first because there were many Koreans in the apartment. Since I travel abroad a lot for my job, I prefer residence to hotel, and I think this place was as good as the good accommodation in other countries because it had all the things I needed in the accommodation. The accommodation was clean, and the manager contacted me through Kakao Talk, which Koreans often use, so it was easy to contact, and I also think the response was very friendly. I don't know when I'll come back to Hanoi, but if I do, I'll definitely use this place again.

What I liked: - The apartment was big with two bathrooms - The host was very good with communication (fast and courteous) - There was an ample supply of drinking water. What I did not like: Location: The apartment is very far from the city center. Depending on the traffic, it will take 35-60 minutes to get to the Old Quarter. There isn't much else to do around the apartment. The surrounding area seems like a Korean restaurant district, so unless you want that, there isn't much else to do. The lake in front of the apartment looked nice in the picture, but it was fenced all around and inaccessible. Cleanliness: The apartment is generally clean, but not 4.5-star hotel quality clean (It is listed as 4.5-star, but it is nothing near that). This is a privately managed rental unit. We stayed three nights, and no cleaning was provided. Even the towels were not replaced in those three days. Incorrect description: The listing states that the unit has a washer and dryer, but it does not have a dryer. The host tried to help with the situation, but in the end, nothing was done. - Road noise: You will hear lots of road noise throughout the night. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. We thought we were booking a 4.5-star property, but this was just a private rental unit with minimal maintenance. We may also have been unlucky with the unit because every unit is meant to be different.

갑자기 떠난여행으로 가성비 좋은 숙소를 찾고 있었어요 가족여행이라 호텔보다는 훨씬 좋은 조건(방2화장실2)이라 생각해서 후기가 별로 없음에더 불구하고 예약했습니다 그런데 정말 만족했어요 건물도 낄끔하고 부모님들이 재방문 의사 있다고 하셨어요 그리고 샤워기 필터 챙겨갔는데 필터기가 더러워지지 않았어요 수질도 괜찮습니다 요즘 떠오르고 있는 쇼핑의성지인 명품가품거리에서 길 하나 건너면 있어서 구경하기도 좋구요

部屋は広くて最高です。 wifiも速いです。 ロケーションは旧市街までタクシーで25分、1階にはコンビニ、S1棟にはビンコムセンター、ウィンマートがありお土産には困りません。 このアパートメントは韓国人の長期滞在者がほとんどで日本語より韓国語が飛び交っているイメージでした。 ただ難を言えばチェックインの仕方が複雑でした。 到着したS2棟の警備員に連絡を取って貰いやっとの事で部屋に辿り着きました。警備員に質問するのはダメな様です。 その事以外は最高でした。
