"We enjoyed our 2 nights at Cozy Place Close to the docks. Easy access and personalized connection with Nathalie were appreciated! We enjoyed the French and sail boating themes in the apartment, aligned the Annapolis maritime history! The docks are a short drive and old Town Annapolis was pleasant and historical! We recommend Cozy Place to others!"

"Super-easy to check in. Parking was also free and prevalent, at least as of May 2024. Nice, clean, modern place. Small, as advertised. Lots of construction to the north. Short walk to numerous restaurants and coffee shops in Fells to the south & west. Little Italy to the east. 20 min walk or a very short scooter ride / Uber to inner harbor."

"Overall, we had a great stay, the kitchen was well stocked, and the unit was very clean. Only issue was the chain that you have to unlock and lock every time you enter. I would definitely recommend the property though if you want the great location, beautiful sunrises and easy access to downtown Annapolis."

"This place is just as advertised! Comfortable and well appointed. I enjoyed that there were all the appliances and utensils we needed, including a measuring cup! We also really appreciated the coffee and tea set up, including creamer, sugar and Splenda. It's so nice to be able to make coffee in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and even though it is a basement apartment, there are still a couple of windows, so it doesn't really feel subterranean. Good water pressure, and the linens...

"The apartment was the perfect place for us to host a small Christmas dinner for our kids. Close to my son's place, and spacious enough for serious cooking. Also the perfect place to crash from all the travel and hide out from the cold weather. Are thinking about booking in the warmer weather so that we can enjoy the back deck and the nearby park."

"The property was very clean. Very impressed with the cleanliness. It did have an old scent upon entry, but it is an older area. Not being from this area, have not experienced a road house before along with no parking available. We did pay for the first 2 hour limit on the road two blocks over and then found a parking garage within a 12 min. walk that was affordable for the 3 nights we would be in town. "Property is very convenient to the USNA and DTA. You can walk, but they're a good 25-30 minutes and parking was available even during Commissioning week and at the local restaurants. Plus, we could park about 25 feet from the door of the VRBO all the time. It is a first floor, easy to access door. There is a full kitchen and fridge, a comfy couch, and a nice bathroom. It's really like a nice hotel suite. A couple idiocycracies however. The bed pulls down from the wall, which gives you more play...

"Property was pretty much as listed, although laundry wasn’t accessible because code didn’t work. Neighborhood felt safe and was near restaurants and groceries. It is at least 40 minutes to the city as the metro line was closed at this time."

"The location of the property was within walking distance of everything that we wanted to see in and around the Inner Harbor of Baltimore. We enjoyed staying in the heart of Federal Hill because it offered us an authentic neighborhood experience. The property was clean, functional, and offered all the amenities that we needed. "This studio is compact and provides everything needed. It is clean and very cute. The only two cons were the bed was very soft and didn’t feel super stable/supportive and you can hear the walking/stomping etc from place above. Communicating with the property manager was easy and they responded quickly to questions. It reminded me of a nice BnB. The entry stairs, up a flight, are very steep and short. We had to turn our feet to go up and carrying a heavy suitcase up wasn't easy. "The location is very convenient and the entrance is in the rear of the house where the gardens, tranquility pond, pool, outdoor seating are beautiful! The space is accommodating and the hosts are exceptional and thoughtful to details. The snacks were gobbled up by all of us so thank you for those! The 5 year old enjoyed the outdoor playground and swing. A sweet spot!"

"The property itself is a lovely neighbourhood with free parking out front on the street. It is a basement unit. The shower had very small ants. The bathroom is contained in a very small area with the toilet up against the sink. The main bed has seen better days and was uncomfortable. The pull out couch was not useable and our friend slept on the couch instead. The internet dropped out a lot for devices including the TV. Loved the neighbourhood and felt very safe with our car parked out front....
