"The staff was not professional at all elevator went down and guest were not notified. Upon check in called and was told there was early check in so I arrived at the property early only to be told that there was not and had to wait 3 hours to be checked in. Even with the do not disturb sign on the door maids still entered the room. Upon check out front desk clerk was very unprofessional was on the phone having a personal conversation didn't even acknowledge me checking out I feel for the money I paid to stay the service should have been way better. Had to go up the service elevator and walked through the kitchen it was a mess the floor was horrible. Will not stay at this hotel in the future."

"Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff! Love the roof top bar option. Only thing is the coffee shop was disappointing. Only milk for coffee. When asked for cream they didn’t have any. Tossed our cups and had to rebuy fresh cups else where "

Parking was around the corner and across the street and closed at a certain time no in or out but parking prices ok. The breakfast made me sick I was stuck in bed and could not enjoy the rest of my day with my family. The rooms were clean, hotel was clean and staff greeted everyone coming in and out"
