"This is a quiet, comfortable house in a stunning, untouristy location. Lucienne is very nice and helpful. There are lots of great walks, on the doorstep and a short drive away. Don't miss Castle Falkenstein! We went to Wissembourg, Strasbourg and the Maginot line fort Schoenenbourg (which you can visit without a guided tour, unlike Four A Chaux, which by the way doesn't offer English language tours). Having the pool table is fun. We enjoyed our stay."

The house was perfect for our group - private rooms for all, plenty of space to allow for gatherings and private time, well-equipped as we cooked almost every meal, and the billiard room was a favorite for lots of fun and laughter!
