"Formerly the Sheraton. Staff were great. The property was dated. Someone jumped into the elevator who was not a hotel guest and propositioned me. Luckily he got off before I reached my room floor, but it was unsettling. "

"This was the worst place I have ever stayed at, nowhere near what is advertised. Under new ownership who says she is being scammed and does not paid by Expedia, Does not receive bookings, has no airport transfers, no towels or soap, no breakfast, the place is very old, only one broken lamp in the bathroom, other lights do not work. Expedia please investigate this place."

"They couldn't find my booking and told me they were not trained on the system and asked me to cancel my booking while their policy is "non refundable". Had to go to their head office and issue the receipt and go back to the hotel. Terrible service"

"The stay was excellent, only the challenge was the TV that was not clear with stars. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The parking was secured and very safe too. Parking at the bottom where I'm enjoyed park there, due to the pillars the security was thereto assist with the parking and can you imagine that both male and female was helping to park. We're used to male doing that but it was amazing to see a lady helping directing me to park and other members too. It's my wish that the Hotel convey my thanks and appreciations to them all."
