"Our unit was on the ground floor, and the patio was gated which was really nice for the young kids. The unit was very comfortable, warm and adequately equipped. The two bedrooms were separated by a large clean bathroom which had good amenities. We were surprised to find a washer dryer in one of the kitchen cabinets (with laundry powder provided!) It was not possible to watch the sunrise from our patio as the patio faces the carpark, but you can certainly walk out a very short distance to the beach/sea. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Kaikoura (which I will!)"

"Reception was excellent and early check in was allowed upon our arrival. There was a lovely little little courtyard where our group gathered four sundowners and snacks prior to going out for dinner. While the view wasn't great, you could hear the ocean, which was nice. "
