Beautiful property with incredible gardens and very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent food as well. Only drawback is the location which is kind of far from the main touristy sites and no walkable dining option. The metro helps get to places but it is hard to go out at night without having to take a taxi.

"Great location right at the center of shinjuku, just minutes walk to almost everything and so convenient to the train station. We arrived early and the receptionist let us checked in early. The rooms is a little bit tiny for 2 people but otherwise comfortable . Will definitely book this hotel again ..."
