Generally property was good, few minor niggles as expected . Good area for transport and shopping. Neighbours often on the louder side. Utilities working mostly, except temporary water supply on evening before return trip. Ideal for short or longer stays as previous experiences in same city demonstrated totally inadequate water supply, hot or cold!
