"Have stayed at this hotel for many years. Service has declined significantly. No clean towels, wash clothes, trash removal,etc. No phone service. None of this was communicated at check in. Outdoor signage not working. This facility has lost its appeal."

"Check in was awful! We checked in on a Saturday, not sure if that’s when all the condos get rented but I waited in line 45 minutes. Why the clerk didn’t take my info when I first arrived so she would have only needed to give me my keys then at 4. Then we waited 15 minutes for elevator. Then when I went to make coffee the pot only made 1 cup then it was done for the day. I ask for a new one and never got it . Had 4 towels no wash clothes. The pool was nice ."

"I had a great stay!!! The room was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Environment was quiet and well maintained, which made it easy to relax. I was very satisfied with my stay."

"I stayed here for four nights and overall was pleased with my stay. The hotel is at a good location for me with the privacy of bayside rooms but just a short walk from the beach. Parking was good. The rooms are nice enough for the price. You get a 10% discount if you eat at the Denny’s next door or the Italian restaurant Sophia’s nearby. We ate at Sophia’s and it was fantastic.
