"Good things first. Our plane landed early and the front accommodated us for an early check in. Thanks for that 1. The pillows were super soft and I had to make multiple requests to get firm pillows 2. The bed was not at all comfortable. For Hyatt, this was not what we were expecting 3. The shower stall had a weird set up. Soap dispensers were away from the shower head and if the soap spills down, you have slippery surface on the floor. I had to warn my family to be careful when they took a shower "

"Friendly & helpful staff"

"Staff rude and disrespectful and other guests are being allowed to smoke in rooms despite no smoking policy, staff slam doors every morning and make banging noises from room below despire no work being done. Other guest's seem to be alliqed to lets tgere animals poop in rooms since hallways every morning wreak of poop smell."

"Every single employee I encountered on my stay was a 10 out of 10. From the front desk staff to the cleaning crew along with the bar and restaurant. That alone would make me want to stay there again. Huge shout out to Eric and Kameron at the front desk"

"Property is close to airport, 5 minute shuttle ride, very nice staff. Easy to schedule shuttle rides. Breakfast was decent, good coffee and great seating in the breakfast area. The furniture in the room was pretty beat up but bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet, which we appreciated. "
