  • Beautiful Southern style elevated home in St. Helena Island, SC. Enjoy 3 miles of private beach in the gated community of Harbor Island. Beautiful marshes, sunrises and sunsets and so much more. Located on a barrier island about 15 miles from downtown Beaufort, SC. And 2 miles from Hunting Island State Park. This golf cart friendly neighborhood has swimming pools, 7 beach access points, fishing/crabbing docks, tennis and pickleball courts, volleyball court, basketball court and more.

    Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Fully equipped for a restful vacation where you never have to leave. The primary bedroom is on the main floor and has a King size suite. You’ll also find laundry and an additional 1/2 bath along with kitchen, living room and dining room on the main floor. There are 2 guest bedrooms upstairs…1 with a King bed and 1 with a queen bed and a twin size nook area.

    You’ll find neutral coastal decor and a front porch perfect for evening rocking and a rear screened porch that’s ideal for morning coffee or evening dinners. In the garage area, you’ll find corn hole, a ping pong table, basketball, axe throwing, a couch and tv, along with a dining area. Golf cart included with your stay. Come and see why this hidden gem is so special!

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please remove all trash from the house and put it in the trash bin outside in the garage area and roll the trashcan to the edge of the driveway at the road
Please start a load of all dirty towels and wash those and if time allows, please put those in the dryer and start the dryer. Please make sure you wash the towels on cold water and a quick wash cycle.
Please turn off all lights and lock doors behind you. Fold the duvet back on the beds that were used and leave them as is. Do not strip sheets off the beds as the cleaners will do this.
