Expansive high ceiling living room with rock fireplace, entertainment center & game table, formal dining room for 16, game & sports room with bar, breakfast room, flower room, classic kitchen with multiple refrigerators and pantry, outdoor cooking & picnic area for large groups, laundry & utility room, large and expansive covered front porch with sweeping views of Little Traverse Bay of Lake Michigan, seats 20, parking for 12 cars, 16 bikes, water toys and plenty of gear of all sports, artesian well, Little Traverse Bay on Lake Michigan waterfront beach, sundeck and dock (boat NOT included) expansive front lawn for games of all types: croquet, cornhole, badminton & whiffle.
