The chalet is located near the base of Nubs Nob and is across the street from Boyne Highlands Ski & Golf Resort. (driveway is located right after entrance / sign for Nubs Nob Ski Resort) The chalet is also situated near two world class downtowns; Harbor Springs and Petoskey.

The chalet is an exceptional A-frame wood home that sleeps 14 in Hidden Hamlet of Harbor Springs. It is close to area golf courses, Petoskey State Park Beach, and Downtown Harbor Springs. The North Country Trail is within a short walking distance and is popular for biking and hiking. Lake Michigan, as well as numerous small lakes, is easily accessible for boating, kayaking, bathing, and fishing. Mushrooms are ready for picking, and spring blossoms are abundant showcased by lush fruit trees and carpets of Trillium. There is a huge deck with a BBQ grill for outdoor meals. The backyard is great for outdoor games. This chalet offers all the ingredients for a great outdoor up-north vacation!

The chalet features an open floor plan on three levels. The top level features a master queen bedroom with a view of Nubs Nob. The master bedroom has an attached master bathroom for maximum comfort and privacy. The top level also has a cozy balcony perfect for enjoying a book.

The main level is exquisite. Two bedrooms with queen beds and a large bathroom are located on this level. The open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room are also on this main level. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless appliances, and a commercial grade gas range with convection oven. The living room has a gas fireplace with a 60” LED TV. The kitchen, living room and dining area opens to a large wrap-around deck that faces Boyne Highlands. The deck also features a hot tub that is available for your enjoyment. An oversized two car garage provides indoor parking.

The basement level offers two bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a recreation room. One bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds; and the other bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. The recreation room features a 55” LCD TV, Blueray/DVD player, Nintendo Wii, Foosball, Bubble Hockey, library and plenty of games and puzzles.

Great place!

This was our third time staying here and it was great as always. Plenty of room for our big family. The kids loved the bunk room and Wii. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub after skiing. Can’t beat the location for access to Nubs and Boyne. Already booked again for next year!

Family time

We enjoyed staying at this property. We had a family of 6 adults and 4 children and there was enough space for all. It was an easy drive from many of the attractions in the area.

Great family getaway

We traveled with our adult children, their spouses and 4 grandchildren. The house was perfect for all of us. It was clean, well equipped, and close to things to do. If we go back to Michigan, we would definitely book this house again!

Great place for a large group

This property was the best stocked kitchen we have ever had. The place was cozy but was able to spread out and not feel cramped. House offered so much to do so one could be entertained when weather didn't cooperate!! Awesome accommodations.

Mini family reunion

We used this house as a home base for our vacation with extended family to visit Mackinaw Island and the surrounding area. The house was perfect for our four families including a couple of teenagers who very much enjoyed the game room downstairs. Would definitely stay again.

Nice House!

Great experience at this property. Very spacious and clean. Unfortunately the Air Conditioner broke on us during a very warm weekend but was able to contact the property manager and got it fixed ASAP. Would 100% stay here again.

Perfect house for a ski weekend with family & friends!

This was our second time staying at this house, and it is one of the best homes we have stayed in for a ski trip. It's as close as you can get to Boyne Highlands and Nub's Nob without being true ski-in/ski-out. The layout of the house is also fantastic, with the kitchen, bar, dining room, and living room all close together which made it great for cooking group dinners and playing cards/board games... plus, the hot tub is right there, too!

Clean and spacious. Great location

This is a large, clean, and well equipped home. We had plenty of room for 2 families, 9 total people. There were games and a ping pong table for the kids, a hot tub to be enjoyed by all, and a good sized backyard. Plenty of space to eat/play games together or to spread out and have some privacy. Close to both Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Check in/out was easy. All in all, one of the nicest rentals we’ve booked.

Christmas vacation at Pleasantview Chalet

Chalet was clean and comfortable for 8 adults and 5 teenagers. Large common area for whole group. Hot tub was a great plus for the holiday. Plenty of cookware, dishes and glassware. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will consider to come again. Suggestion for the owner - provide larger dinner table (or additional folding table) that seats up to 14 guests.

Great Vacation

Went with family for a 3 day skiing trip to Boyne Highlands. The owners met us when we arrived and were very friendly. The home was beautiful with newer appliances and everything you could ask for. We enjoyed the jucuzzi every night and loved the location being so close to both resorts, Highlands and Nubs Knob. This allowed us to enjoy both hills. Also close to local restaurants and downtown Petoskey. We plan to go back this winter.

Winter Family Getaway

We love this house! It accommodates our entire family of 13. Located within minutes of Nubs and the Highlands, allowing our family to go back and forth to the ski hills easily. An easy drive to downtown Harbor Springs or Petoskey. Very clean house upon arrival. The property manager is really nice and easy to work with. He's attentive and answered all of my questions prior to our arrival. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

We were a family of 13 and found the house to fit us perfectly. The 3 floors gave us plenty of room and space for the kids to play and adults to hang out. The hot tub was enjoyed by all. Kitchen was fully stocked, we cooked breakfast & dinner there each day and had everything we needed. The location worked well for us as we explored the surrounding area towns in all directions. Its close to restaurants, beaches, wineries, fish hatchery, state parks. We loved it! I would highly recommend this house!

It's a winner!

We loved our stay here. With seven adults and two children, we had plenty of space. We fit around the dining room table for family dinners; we had room to spread out; and the adults enjoyed the hot tub while the children loved the game room. The location gave us easy access to both ski slopes and Petoskey's wonderful downtown. The kitchen was fitted with everything we needed to cook family meals. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We will definitely rent again on our next family Christmas trip.

We had a wonderful stay in this chalet conveniently located near the wonderful town of Harbor City which we loved to walk around, shop in and dine. The chalet was clean, and had everything we needed. The 13 members of our family (adult children and grandchildren joined us) enjoyed the game tables and hot tubs. We used the grill and well stocked kitchen for family meals.It was an easy drive to Petoskey, and Mackinac which we really enjoyed.Thanks for a wonderful stay in your beautiful home.
