Step inside to a warm, thoughtfully furnished living area with plenty of natural light and a fireplace that sets the perfect mood after a day outdoors. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and opens to a spacious dining area, creating a great space for meals, game nights, or gathering with family and friends.

The main level features a primary bedroom with its own private bathroom, a convenient half bath, and a laundry area for guest use. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms along with a full bath and bonus room—ideal for groups or families needing extra space. All bedrooms include air conditioning for comfort.

As a guest of Harbor Cove, you’ll enjoy an impressive lineup of amenities: an all-new clubhouse with modern locker rooms and showers, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, a playground, and a beautiful private beach on Little Traverse Bay. A charcoal grill is located just outside the condo, and additional gas grills can be found at the clubhouse.
