"We stayed here during our spring break vacation from Franklin Tn. The property was in great shape and the house was very clean upon arrival. They have a book that was very helpful detailing restaurants around the area, and other important info. Parking can be an issue but I always dropped the family off and found a place to park. The backyard is pretty secluded and relaxing in the morning. I was excited to see they had a real coffee maker and not that k-cup garbage. "

"The location was not that great and the outside premises isnt that impressive. But once you get inside , it is where the transformation begins. The property has a beach/ resort vibe. We stayed in the sanctuary and the interior is amazing. It has everything that you need for your stay. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms are huge. The lay out of the bedrooms are well thought of. It has a space for everything without feeling cramped. The host was very accommodating to our requests....

"We came for the Rock N Roll Marathon. My daughter ran. Great location for this event. Close to start and finish. Outdoor area was beautiful to sit at night with a fire and glass of wine. Thanks!!"

"My wife, a few friends and I came down to San Diego for a concert at Petco Park. My only regret was not having more time to hang out at the house. We were able to walk to Petco Park and we didn't have to worry about driving."
