I was a little disappointed that the listing noted bedding and towels were included but we were charged extra for them and taxes that we figured were included. Margrit was very kind about everything as soon as we figured out how to use the translator correctly. "

"The JUFA hotel is very convenient for access into Nördlingen Aldstat. Evening meal was a buffet affair that had to be prebooked, with attendance best not left much after 6.00 PM start. There are good other eating-out options close by. Parking is easy on site, in a quiet and seemingly safe location. Sadly, my room key safe didn’t work, and the bathroom tiles, loo and shower could benefit from a makeover. But otherwise the hotel was just right for my 2-night stay. Staff were most friendly and obliging.👍👍"
